2) For the candidates of the BPF, as well as other candidates from the democratic opposition, have been created illegal obstacles to promotion, it became quite apparent in:
- Limited space and other opportunities for the election of pickets;
- Refusal printing election program of the candidate Alexander Streltsov with Polish and Lithuanian languages of national minorities;
